3. User Accounts and Registration

To access our services, you must contact our sales team and be approved for an account. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing is based on a per-qualified-lead model with rates varying from $40 to $60 per lead depending on the lead source and campaign type. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

5. Lead Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all leads provided meet our qualification standards. If a lead does not meet the agreed-upon criteria, you will not be charged for that lead. Lead quality disputes must be reported within 30 days of lead delivery.

6. Data Privacy and Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of the leads we generate. All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws including GDPR and CCPA. We implement appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of data.

You may not use our Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
